Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds & Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, you can choose a refund or an exchange, subject to product availability.
